How does the shuttle service work?

The shuttle is free and runs from 04:00 to 00:00. We take you from the car park to the terminal in about 5 minutes, and we come to pick you up on your return as soon as you let us know you have landed.

Do I need to book in advance?

No, but by booking online you save 10% compared to the on-site price and we guarantee your space, especially during the summer months and at weekends.

How are parking days counted?

We count calendar days, not 24-hour blocks: every calendar day your car stays with us counts as a full day, from the day of arrival to the day of departure, both included. For example, from 29 August at 17:30 to 1 September at 01:30 is 4 days (29, 30, 31 and 1). The exact total is always shown before you confirm your booking.

What happens if my flight arrives late, after midnight?

We can still come to pick you up: the service after 00:00 carries a €10 surcharge that you can add when booking or pay on collection.

What is the difference between "leave the keys" and "keep the keys"?

With "leave the keys" (car valet) we can move your car if operational needs arise and offer you extra services such as washing. With "keep the keys" the car stays put in its assigned space for the entire stay.

Is the car park guarded?

Yes. The area is fully monitored by CCTV 24/7, fenced and lit. Staff are present around the clock.

Of course. We accept cash, debit cards and all major credit cards. The "IN PARK" price is slightly higher than the online one.

Can I change or cancel my booking?

Yes: you can cancel free of charge, with a full refund, up to 24 hours before your entry time, straight from the link in your confirmation email. Within the last 24 hours online cancellation is no longer available: get in touch and we will review it together.
