Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the relationship between DG Parking, operated by DG Service Officina (VAT no. 02153540683), and the customer who uses the parking, safekeeping and shuttle services. By making a booking, the customer declares that they have read and fully accepted these conditions.

1. Subject

DG Parking offers guarded parking services (covered and uncovered), car valet, shuttle to and from Pescara Airport and ancillary services, at the facility located at Via Vicenza 26, 65129 Pescara.

2. Bookings and rates

Bookings can be made online through the website or directly at the facility, subject to availability. The rates applied are those shown at the time of booking and vary according to the type of space (covered or uncovered), the mode (self or valet) and the length of stay. The length of stay is calculated in <strong>calendar days</strong>: every calendar day between arrival and departure, both included, counts as a full day. Confirmation of the booking is subject to the availability of spaces.

3. Payments

Payment may be made online, at the time of booking, with a 10% discount on the standard rate, or at the facility, on arrival, at the full rate. Online payments are securely handled through the provider Stripe. For payment at the facility, cash and major payment cards are accepted.

4. Changes and cancellations

Bookings can be changed or cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled entry time. After this deadline, and in the event of a no-show without notice, the amount paid is not refundable.

5. Liability and safekeeping

DG Parking keeps vehicles within a fenced area under 24-hour video surveillance. Customers are required not to leave valuables in plain sight inside the vehicle. The facility is not liable for theft of or damage to items left unattended in the passenger compartment, nor for damage resulting from force majeure events or pre-existing defects of the vehicle. Any damage attributable to safekeeping must be reported to staff before the vehicle is collected.

6. Shuttle

The shuttle service to and from the airport is free of charge between 04:00 – 00:00 and is available 24 hours a day; during the night window 00:00 – 04:00 a €10 surcharge applies. We recommend allowing for transfer times when planning your trip. For pick-ups at unusual times or in emergencies, you can contact the facility.

7. Place of jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by Italian law. For any dispute relating to the interpretation, performance or termination of the relationship, the Court of Pescara shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the mandatory provisions protecting consumers.
